Well, today was day 2 of my loading days. I weighed myself this morning and I was a pound up. Ii'm not alarmed because I know it's because of the food I ate the night before (and the lack of a bowel movement lol). I'm sure my number will be around the same tomorrow morning because of the food I had today. Tomorrow starts the protocol! I'm excited, and can't wait to see the fat disspear! I don't think I'll be missing the junk foods too much because they're not going anywhere lol. This is for my health and self confidence, so I'll find the strength to ignore all the naughty foods.

Okay, right now it's 12:30am and In the morning I will begin my new diet - the HCG diet. It's worked for a few of my co-workers so I figured I'd give it a go. I'll be taking the HCG sub-lingually, not with injection. When all goes well, I'll be able to reach my goal before the year is up. Wish me luck! THANKS!!
