Alright so I ate one meal yesterday.... bad idea. It wasn't intentional however. I'm doing my best today to eat more frequently. I'm also starting my partial liquid diet today! Yippee!! Lets see how this meal replacement shake tastes... I'll be sure to give updates lol. My weight is steady at the moment, but i think that's because i didn't really use the bathroom much (should have drank more water). Ah well. We'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!

YAY im in the 260's again! Hopefully i'll say good riddance to them some time next week ;) I sure don't miss the 270s at ALL. Btw people - sushi is my hero! lol.

Day one... Let's see if I can make it! I started off with a healthy breakfast - gonna have to figure out a decent lunch, dinner, and snacks in between. Wish me luck!

So not only did i fall off of the wagon; I failed to tuck and roll! *sigh* I'm so upset right now I can't even describe. This is it ladies and gents. I am officially FED UP with being overweight. No more excuses, no more slacking, no more bumming around! This has being going on for far too long and I won't have it anymore. Time to go full throttle!! Bye fat! I wont miss you!!
