Went shopping this weekend and got supplies for this week. Psyched up, geared up, and ready to go. Not sure if I will start working out this week or wait till next week.

Ok, I feel good about restarting today. I look back and wonder "What was I thinking" when I decided to give WW a try. I know I am carb intollerant, so why should it surprise me that I gained weight. But, I am back on plan and ready to go full steam ahead.

Now I am frustrated. I follow the plan without variation, and I gain weight. The week before when I didn't follow plan exactly, I lose weight. Now I remember why I quit WW the last time. This is exactly what was happening before. I was going to give Weight Watchers 3 months to see if it would work for me this time, but I am already seeing that it is not working for me, so Atkins.......I'm Back! Now I just have to restock my kitchen and get rid of all the carbs again.

Ok, decided a change was needed, I have been doing Atkins for a year now and loved every minute of it, but for some reason since my brother was killed in Afghanistan in September, I have not been able to lose any weight, in fact I have gained a lot of what I lost back. So I am making a switch to Weight Watchers to see if that can kick start my weight loss again. Looking forward to seeing the results.

I am so bummed out about my weight. I just can't seem to find the motivation to do it anymore. And when I do feel motivated, it doesn't last. I don't know if it is the holiday's or just everything that is going on with my family right now. So much for being at goal weight by Christmas. I really only have 20 lbs to lose to hit my goal weight. Why is it the last 20 are the hardest?
