Born the fatest of five kids and yet quickly dropping down to the skinniest of my family I was able to eat whatever I wanted. My family had no idea what was healthy or what a serving size was...unless limited by cash, we ate heartily. As teen years approached I plumped up to my mid 130's at 5'1". Senior year I would go walking around my neighborhood every night to get away from my life, my family bickering, my schoolwork, etc. And I found myself with a new body without even meaning to. During college, dating a not-so-nice guy, I ate myself to my fatest weight ever - 160. After breaking up with him for cheating on me, I took to myself and changed my life. Eating healthy, proper serving sizes, and daily cardio I found my body size wonderful at 125 lbs and mostly muscle. I've mostly maintained that until the last few years. With two kids, a husband, a full+ time job, and a new house to decorate, I have dropped out of eating right and exercising. I'm hoping to turn that all around and get back to fully enjoying life. Presently at 130 lbs, my goal is to lose 15-18 lbs of fat and balance it out with muscle...I would like to be no bigger than a fit 120 lbs. So here we go.
