Too Much Exercise
Well, if you switch it up you won't get bored. But doing the elliptical or the bike you still using the same muscle groups. I say do what feels good to you.

weight watchers!!
i most definately nee ww buddies. I've been doing this for 9 weeks and i just keep going up and down. I haven't really stuck to it for the last 2-3 weeks. I need some motivation and i can't seem to find any anywhere!!! Anyone have any they can spare????
