weighed in yesterday at 131.4. that will probably change today because I pigged out on snack foods yesterday. it was way too hot to eat anything of any substance at home or at work.
today it is a hot and sticky Saturday. but it is my day to try and do alot of walking. must remember my water bottle this time.
so to anyone else experiencing this heat, stay hydrated and be mindful of the warning signs of heat exhaustion.

restarting today. i am going to use this as both a weight loss aid and a mood tracker for my bipolar disorder. that will enable me to visually see if I am on a downward spiral based on my food choices.
I have 8 lbs to loose. I've achieved this goal a few times with the aid of this app and I am hopeful to achieve it again.
