I am having difficulty recording my food into the 4 catagories as I do not eat that way. my intake depends on my break schedule at work and what my specific job is that day.
most days I do not eat all that I have brought with me and finish it at home even though I know eating late at night is a no no.
what I would love to do is simply record what I have eaten at home and in a seperate catagory at work that would be so much simpler. however I have no idea how I would achieve this.
if anyone has any suggestions I would gratefully appreciate any ideas.

another weekend gone by way too quickly.
right now I am preparing for another very hot work week. I have done some research on the medication I am currently on and a couple do have heat sensitivity related to them. which is a double whammy as I have been sensitive to the heat since I can remember.
so with this in mind I've been looking up recipes for diy sports drinks. I did find a few that look simple to make so I may give them a whirl, as I can not stand Gatorade or any of those type drinks.
as for my weight.. I knew those 128 numbers were a fluke. oh well I will be perfectly satisfied with a 1/2 lb a week. 😊

yesterday was a very bad day. I was ill and had to leave work with symptoms of heat stress. I did eat but most of what I did, did not sit well. I ended up eating toast, and way too much of it.
how is it you can feel sick yet starving at the same time? maybe it was a war between my mind and body.
so I am sitting here mentally preparing for the astronomical amount of calories consumed yesterday. it's going to be bad. ☹️

Happy Friday everyone. I know this will change but 128.6 this morning. I have tried to consume as much fluids as I can at work during this hot and humid time. it is way too easy to suffer from heat exhaustion during a regular shift. so it most definitely has to be water weight. I'm sure once I re weigh on Monday it will be back up between 132 - 133, depressing as the thought is.. it is what it is.
