need some advice or opinions on my activity level. currently I have it set at low, yet Mon to Fri I have a very physically demanding job that is a full 8 hr shift. however on weekend I am not as active, all I basically do is walk alot.
so my question is what should I set it at?
as for my actual food it really did not seem like I was eating that much but apparently I am. so I guess I will need to cut out a few things here and there. and increase my water intake.
this is more difficult than I thought it would be.

today I officially start. I was making sure that everything was correct when I discovered a huge mistake made on my part. I recalculated my RDI only to find out that instead of weight loss, weight gain had been checked. needless to say I am now understanding why I had such a huge calorie allowance.
so I am going to dreadfully step on that scale and do yet another recalculation.
it's all okay though because it is a new day and there is always room allowed for positive changes. "it's only when you do not learn from something that you have done wrong that you can consider it a mistake"
