Thanks for the good wishes! I am still here, logging and lurking! I've had lots of work hours for the past week or so but that should change soon- I hope! (I am semi-retired and only want part-time work!)

I'm Back
I joined this site a year ago and then promptly ignored it. I am now almost 20 pounds over my previous start weight and I know it has to come off.
I am eating real food this time--no diet or low-fat ANYTHING! It hasn't worked for me so I have decided to transition into a mostly primal way of eating.
I also need to start a regular exercise routine, which I find hard to do with the various work and home demands on my time. I know it can be done--after all, I've done it before!
Today I will take a 15 minute walk--either in my home or around my neighborhood!

I am also using this site for motivation. My first goal is 200 pounds but I would like to eventually get to 160-170 pounds.
I've given up all wheat products because they make my joints swell and achd. It is a challenge but I can do this!
