I am so close to giving up right now! I've been doing everything I can to eat healthy, whole foods but my weight crept up AGAIN!
I think I'm going to stop getting on the scale and just concentrate on eating as healthfully as I can.
Along with meditation and also starting to exercise (starting small but will build up!) I will just do the best I can for ME!

I am trying some of the techniques in Jon Gabriel's book. Its too soon to tell if this will work. The Evening Visualization does help me sleep better, so that is a plus!
My food choices have been better and I do feel like I am less stressed.

I've been tracking my foods --most days. There have been a few that were SO stressful and busy that I wasn't able to get to it but I have been trying to be mindful of my eating.
I am DEFINITELY 'addicted' to sugar! I want to try a detox from it so I am working on my shopping list of healthful, whole foods for payday.
I do wish the others in the house would stop bringing home these sugar-filled treats. It is SO hard to resist them! I need to keep reminding myself that they are like CRACK for me--POISON!

Heavy sigh!
I've not been dealing with stress well at all.
I've not been exercising at all.
I need to start fresh so that is what I am doing now!

Yuck! Not the best weekend ever, to say the least!
Doing better today.
It would help if I would get over this cold! I hate feeling like this!
