Directions
- Шампиньоны почистить, измельчить в блендере. Засыпать в кипящую воду (1 л), посолить, варить около получаса.
- Морковь и чеснок измельчить в блендере, добавить к грибам, варить ещё 10 минут.
- В самом конце добавить сыр. Посолить, поперчить по вкусу.
