Back after a weekend away. Fun events with family/extended. Stayed with my daughter and SOL in Petaluma. We joined 5 peeps in San Francisco for a showing of Amadeus with SF Symphony and Chorus playing the score. Fabulous. Ate at the Hayes Street Grill. Amazing food. Next day was wonderful friend, Lenore's 60th birthday, celebrated with a catered taco bar and build your own sundae bar in their lovely backyard. So much fun and food. The most amazing thing was how easy it was to stay on my keto WOE. I came back with no weight gain and had energy for all the fun. I'm back to keeping track and appreciating the snails pace of weight loss. Happy Monday everyone. 😁🤗🤗❤
