The carb craves came roaring back something ferce. It was really tough to get past it but I woke up this am to find I weighed 2lbs less. I guess that's cool :)
173.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
