Don't give up, keep trying....it may take some time to dial in your dietary concept, but find what works for you. I am new to Fat Secret (Only a couple weeks in) but have knowledge, experience, and background from years ago (Check Profile if curious)....I let age, work, excuses get the best of me over the years ---like many other persons do as well-- but I have made a recent decision to work on me for a change. A funny thing has happened however, I found a renewed interest and vigor that comes with learning to eat properly and exercise once again. Although my journal may not be the epitome of something spectacular presently, I feel it is a good start..... Reason I mention this is I continue to make adjustments daily to see what foods work and those which don't. I also am testing foods from restaurants I have often ate at, and those I can prepare which are more health conscience without additives..... My caloric intakes fluctuate from time to time, but on average around 1400-1900 but learning how to dial it in exactly as time passes. I do not feel hungry as I seem to literally eat smaller meals, snacks, or drink healthy smoothies all day long. From 9am to 11pm (as long as it is healthy option). Do I recommend eating like this,,,,,not necessarily but I found it has worked for me as metabolism keeps going continually. I am working toward salt intake as this is my worst, but headaches , stomach issues have disappeared, energy is steadily climbing. My journal is open to examination and persons can make adaptations best suited for them.... While I personally do not have sugar issues, my relative does and I am working with him on figuring what to eat and what to steer clear of. I wish you well, as I learn more I will post and share with you or welcome your opinion as well. Best of Luck to you moving forward !!!
