fell of the wagon for a dew days was cooking and baking for our daughters baby shower. so how do you cook and bake for 50 people and not eat some of it? back at it today it will probably take me a month to loose what I gained. ugh.
256.1 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 76.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How could you not taste it , you are serving 50 people. I would not serve 50 people without tasting my food.

I know it is hard. This weight battle is truly a battle. I have been battling all my life I am 59 this year and it is so hard for me to lose weight. I own a floral shop and on my feet from 8am to 4 pm non stop. I dont feel up to much of anything till days end let alone exercising.
