I am Married , mother of five sons, I am in my 50s I was born in new Jersey, raised my kids in Delaware , moved to Florida in 2006 , I still have two of my sons at home ,
I am a supervisor in a security company, I sit at a desk and take calls and report info , thats when my weight started to really blow up I have been here 13 years, I have really had the hardest time since I turned 40 to lose or even stay the same weight. I did join you fit and went every day before work. I have have had to work all kinds of shifts day and night so I gave up on the gym as I was always so sore they kept saying thats good you are sore, but it never went away.
I am now 280 lbs and am so unhappy with myself , I want to be fit again not skinny as I have never been thin, I just want to look and feel healthy .
I have a pet Chihuahua Her name is Chi Chi , I love her!
I was so excited when I saw this site fat secret. Thank you all for the support you give.

I asked Google and this is what I found
They show how close you are to a achieving your goal weight. Red is just getting started. The line becomes orange at about 25% of the way there, yellow at halfway there, green at 75% there, and blue at goal.

Can anyone explain the lines and what each color means I use to be like a yellow or orange and now I'm red . I asked in a post but no one answered my question.

good luck lynetchihera, I know you can do it. My 30's were one of the best times in my life. Just enjoy the Journey and make each day count. Stay focused and you got this.

Has anyone ever used Garcinia?
I can only speak for myself , I was on it and I had a lot of tummy problems and gas from it I gave it 2 weeks and never got better or never lost a pound. I admit I didn't follow a good diet . good luck with it.
