Trying to treat my knee, Swelling is a bit less today so hoping to do more activities next week.Still a few bad habits I am trying to curb but will get there.
279.3 lb Lost so far: 60.4 lb.    Still to go: 87.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
