A 3 pound increase in 3 weeks is not terrible. You don't know how much of that is water, fat or muscle. Unless you ate 500 calories over your calorie burn every day for the past 3 weeks, then it's definitely not fat gain. Take a deep breath and start again. You can do this. Think about the foods you over ate on and what you can do to still enjoy them without over eating them. Balance the things you love into your food plan with portion control and accountability through tracking what you eat. You got this!!!
