Down a little, up a little. Ugh so frustrating. I know I shouldn’t weigh myself everyday but it keeps me accountable and motivated.
145.2 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Is there a window in the bathroom, heave ho lol! I get weighed at drug store but may have to stop disrobing people are complaining lol!

lol both of you are just pure entertainment...momma6224 Ive not weighed for awhile and I'm feeling more accountable because I just count on my measurements if need be... most of all the way my body reacts to certain foods and what I need to do to eliminate things that cause me to swell..bloat..etc even on maintenance you will have ups and downs.. being in touch with me and saying many times daily I'm ok if I don't weigh can help me too I'm trying to learn not to fall as a slave to my scale...;)

That's like watching water boil, you should be able to feel if your doing right with your woe and put the scale in the closet and say once a wk pull it and use.the trick is making it not so available so it's a chore to take it out and bring it to that place to use it.You'll be fine!
