Went off diet last night. Blood sugar plumented down to 52. Very wobbly. Went way off diet. Paying the price this morning. Now I have to see how long it takes to get back on diet and make this misery fad and end.


Been a pain all day trying to get my Blood Sugar back under control. 1 day off diet and all hell breaks loose. But it was worth the try for the education. I guess you need to have reminders from time to time.
305.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
