I feel good inside knowing that my weight lost is being noticed!! I feel good knowing I'm making an effort to stay on my diet, and exercise. I could do more exercise. While walking is great and I love it, that is all I seem to do, and stretch sometimes. I've got to get to the gym to start back with using the different machines.....
242.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
