Please don't quit. Take it from as I did the same thing and had to start all over. It's just not worth it. Just remember why you started in the first place.

Hey! I have had those days, where I feel like I am not going further, that I am failing. Please do not give up!! We are all here for you, and you can get through discouragement, just know that tomorrow is a new day and you have a new chance. I was right there with you a couple days ago ,but after doing some praying and more studying ,I have decided I am going to stick to the Keto has close as I can .I feel 100% better on this plan,I just can't be defeated all the time by my scale. You can do this Donna,your worth it,just do the BEST you can do and that has to be good enough.Don't worry ,be Happy!!!!
