Finally made it to 7 stone loss! Regular exercise and watching my BMR - 2lbs is really making a difference 😀😀 thank you for all your support folks x
205.2 lb Lost so far: 98.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
