The Higi machine was down, so I could not save my readings. I dropped only one pound in two weeks, but a drop is a drop! My average BP has descended into the yellow "At Risk" level instead of the red, "You are going to die!" level. Thirty or forty years ago, it was almost too low at a consistent 90/60. Those were the days! I had loved Kenneth Cooper's books and got my 25 aerobics points each and every week. Then, marriage and children happened, and I lost focus. No bitterness here, just a warning for young women to attend to their own health.

My sister in the frozen north called me to see how my heart was doing. My other sister lives just down the road. My frozen sister and I discussed the causes of cholesterol and wished for an easy and cheap inflammation test. The loose skin on my hands and feet tell me that I am no longer retaining water. I have not checked my cholesterol for quite awhile. Next month, HEB will be running free and low cost medical tests, so I plan to participate by paying for the A1c and cholesterol tests. I'll see what else they have, too.

Today is sunny and nice, so I shall walk. Google Fit is still not uploading, but I measured the distance around the park. Seven circuits gives me ten thousand steps. Two round trips to Walmart or one round trip to HEB will do the same. I'll have to work up to it.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

George took his at the higi and it needed to be calibrated cause it pretty much said call an ambulance lol he has low blood pressure
