We all get as many do overs as it takes!

I did this in December! I started over 3 times and gained 12 pounds lol. Every Monday started over and lost focus on weekends only to have to start again on the following Monday 🙄 You can get back on track, just find something that motivates you. I have finally stuck with it for 2 weeks straight! If I can do it anyone can, I am a carb loving, sweet tooth, binge eating, yo-yo dieter rolled into one package. I just finally realized that I couldn't use the baby weight excuse anymore since it's been 2 1/2 years 🤣 Just remember every day is a chance to get back on track. Rest assured we all go through these types of setbacks.

I've been dreading the step on the scale because I know I haven't been good. Need to get away from the soda and the sweets again. Find myself saying every day tomorrow I'll start again but one day turns into another day. I don't understand what it is about weighing in that makes me feel like I have to do something about it but I have finally done it and prepped my meal for the day this morning with the exception of dinner. With the holiday and moving it's just been really crazy but I am hopeful. It's not like I haven't done it before. Goal is to get into the gym more than I was so hopefully the weight comes off faster LOL. Someone pray for me. 😂

@Angelia.. we need to keep ourselves accountable you're welcome to yell at me periodically. 😂 I thank you all for your words of encouragement. It's so sad to say but I do best when I have someone else that I'm working with because I feel like if I don't I'm letting them down not just myself so I got to find someone to help so I can inadvertently help me too.

In the wise words of Alfred (Batman's mentor): "The reason we fall down, Master Wayne, is to learn to pick ourselves back up again" Dont be too hard on yourself, we are all going to struggle at times, its how you react to that struggle that shows true character. You know you made some mistakes, you are working to correct them. Congrats on that!! If you need someone to work with, send me a message, I will send you my number and when you are feeling like you cant do it, text me and I will be there with you!! Chin up, we got your back!!

Don't hate yourself, just re-start. I'm doing the same thing.

Don't. I just went through the same thing. I lost 35 pounds only to put 15 on over Christmas. I was mad at myself but didn't hate myself. Just get back at it and leave the past in the past.

The first step to coming back is holding yourself accountable, telling on yourself, and start over! Well u have done the first 2... let’s get ready to rumble!!! Just say NO to cravings!!

Please forgive yourself for being human. And then start again. Self love and acceptance is so important on this journey. You CAN do this. Hang in there!

Hate is probably too strong of a word.. disappointed is more fitting. It's more like a, "Really Danielle?! We talked about this!" 😂 Appreciate you all.

I know how you feel. I just take a deep breath and start again.

@D4NIELLE Yes!! I am also working breaking an unhealthy addiction to the scale. Ugggghhhhh and right about now is when I usually start with small cheats because I tell myself I'm doing good and "deserve it" that just can't happen. Gotta stay strict.

So you've yoyo'd. You know what's worse than yo-yoing, continuously gaining. If you hadn't lost the weight in between you'd be a 100lbs heavier. So it could be worse. Being disappointed is understandable. But you know what, you haven't given up, you're still trying, you still believe you're worth it. All good signs. You clearly know how to lose. You'll do it again. What you need to focus on is maintaining. You need to continue to weigh in regularly after you get to goal and if you are up a little you have to lower your calories and increase your activity. Avoiding the scale and back sliding cannot be in the cards for you or for any of us.
