Based on your current weight, calories burned over the past three days, and your way of eating... I'd have to conclude that you're getting too much protein AND your calories probably should be closer to 2000 than 3000.

by the end of the day my protein intake will be closer to 30 percent, I added a sauna suit to my work out so all the poundage I dropped was water. I work on at a grain elevator in the cold and have an extra 15 lbs of clothes on. I estimate that just sitting there doing nothing I need 2100 cal a day to just maintain weight... so I assume that 3000 is around my rdi. you can see my workouts on Pinterest if you like. https://pin.it/mzp6qstwyfqvuh

If you don't eat enough you don't have the energy to exercise, but try eating a bit of starchy food with your breakfast and not in the evening, that gives you a bit of a boost, energy wise for your day :)

I had to adjust my meals recently. I found that the Lunch meal needs to be heavier, and not eating a heavy but light dinner. We also cut out a large amount of 2% milk and cheese. The bread is wheat, along with the pita pockets and tortilla wraps. These are just a few tips that helped my family on a healthier track.
