Thanks, Scalewatcher3, and to everyone who supported. But lets see how week 2 goes; week 1 is always a big drop and probly mostly water weight! =P

Give yourself credit You lost 8 pounds, no one did it for you, just you! Week 2 will be on track!

Don't be discouraged if you don't drop anymore the second week. Don't obsess over the scale and focus on eating the correct foods in the right amounts :) personally I didn't lose anything my second week was just my body settling from the water weight loss
