Finally broke the 285 barrier... and today I hot an all time best swim... 3.27 miles in 2 hours and 40 minutes. Best part of that was the 2k calories I burned on that swim! I allowed myself to indulge in a banana for a snack... a whopping 105 extra calories - though I still clocked in at under 800 for the day. 😀
282.8 lb Lost so far: 179.2 lb.    Still to go: 92.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
