I'm going back to counting calories. No more high fat dieting, low carb blah blah blah. I'm sticking to staying under 1200 calories of healthy food and exercising. Yeah watch this weight come off!!!! Note: Just trying to pep myself up really concerned, I have arthritis and the heavier I am the more pain I'm in. ugh this is serious.

1200 calories is kinda low. What I highly suggest is sticking within a normal caloric intake and workout. Work hard too. The mistake a lot of people make is going low cal and start working out. They then feel horrible because your body is trying to adjust to your new intake on top of converting your foods to energy. Get a decent intake, workout, then gradually taper off the calories. You’ll feel much better working out and weight will come off

Thank you! Good advice, I forgot when I'm hungry I don't feel like working out. I need the exercise for my mental well being for sure.

That’s right rmacle. So you know how you feel when being in a deficit. I made the mistake of trying to be in a big caloric deficit overnight while trying to continue my workouts. I felt terrible. Instead I eased my way into it. Much easier on you. Just like how the body takes time to get used to keto, it’ll get used to your intake 👍🏼. I lost 30lbs in 5 months doing this
