So yesterday I went to the Interstate Fair with my SO, and I took FULL advantage of all the fried, carby, goodness that it had to offer. Because... It's the fair, how can you not?
😉 (Fried Oreos are my weakness. I've been dreaming of them for weeks.) So today, I'm starting on a "fat fast" to try to recoup my losses (or gains, rather). Definitely very full after my cream cheese pancakes, turkey bacon, and "bulletproof Keto coffee" meal. Also going to start back at the gym tonight after work to try to burn off some of those carbs from yesterday.
135.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
