was curious, got on the scales to see if just mabye the scale gods was on my side today..was down 2 more pounds..4 more pounds and i hit my mini goal..then will reset it and head to the next one...looks like im runnin a month ahead on what i had figured for the amount of weight i would loose..but thats good , lest i allowed the extra time just in case...doing the lost some more weight dance today..lol
324.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh my gosh!!! you did it! all that working out is paying off in such great amounts, you are probably really fired up to hit the gym, huh? I know I would be! Has lifting the weights all the time given you muscles that are noticeable by now???

yes an no on the muscles..i can tell my arms are gettin bigger when i put a tshirt on and the sleeves are tight in the shoulders..lol..yeap 4 more pounds an be time to reset the mini goal again..i really think i will be hittin it in a week or 2...

AWESOME looking chart there buddy! Congrats on the 2 lb. drop - you are going to hit your mini - goal very soon! All those steps you are making, reminds me of the Nancy Sinatra song....."These boots are made for walkin'"......LOL - now that song will be stuck in your head while you are out walking around LMAO!!!!!
