I've decided to weigh in every three days from now. I am very disappointed in the scale but I know I'm sticking to this. Today I will finally start on doing cardio--besides pool and also some simple weights. The new me is just up ahead.

1 week challenge= 10-6 to 10-13 Happy 1.0 Mile Walk video (15 mins of walking everyday)
175.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
