So yesterday's weight was 172.4 and now today's weight is back to that dreadful 174.8. As I revise my food list I cannot see how I added back those extra pounds, but even though it is not the direction I want to go in, I am not going to be derailed by 2lbs. I am happy for myself that I keep pushing on with this new conscious way of eating, and that I am keep thinking of new ways to get fit. I sure hope I hit my 172 this week and keep going below, but even if I don't I will still feel happy that I am not filling my body with unhealthy fats and sugars. :)
