Hello everyone.

I am a 48 y.o mom of 2. I enjoy cooking, and I'm looking forward to learning new recipes that are good for me...and for my family. I am relatively active, as most moms are. I have recently started own plan, and soon will start exercise at home. I do not like gyms. Last year, I lost quite a bit of weight following a sensible calorie watch. I didn't even realise how much I had lost until people came up to me and commented. Actually, the comments made me afraid that I might be sick because people were shocked at how "thin" I was...and foolishly, I decided to start eating the way I used to..the way I currently eat. Nevertheless, I am here again, and it is great to be in a community of like minded people. I hope to make some friends here who I can motivate, and who can motivate me.
