Went over again, I am good all day but at night time dinner is not planned like I plan during the day and it gets out of hand. Gonna have to start planning all three meals out. Its hard when my spouse don't always eat what I am eating.
At least I been working out in the morning with the UFC 30 day challenge. Its kicking my ass!
