Down five pounds after the first week. It's not easy making meal choices and I will need work in meal planning and grocery buying. Too many carbs but excellent in comparison to my past of eating whole bags of chocolate whatevers.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 115.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
