I have tried and tested every single diet I could get my hands on from Atkins to the soup diet to starving myself to injections and popping pills, you name it, I have tried it.

In 2007 I came across the diet the movie stars use and it did work for me and quick…. Then I got pregnant and gained very single kilo and more back. After my baby was born in 2008 I tried everything to get back in the diet game. But I just couldn’t.

Starting a previous diet that kind of screwed with your head the first time has a tendency to leave alerts in your brain to not do it again and it was impossible for me to get started.

It took me 7 years of trial and error to find a plan that works for me and there was no such plan out there.

SO I created my own healthy eating plan that work for me (and anybody else – works for my mom to and she has never been on a diet in her life). I took all that i have learned in all my life trying to shed the weight and i took form each one that made sense to me and combined it and Poof... my solution.

I lost 34 kilos in 5 months and I was healthy and had the world’s energy. No staring myself and no popping pills or injections it was so easy, I didn't even do 1 days exercise, I wanted a plan to be able to work for those who doesn't want to or cant go to the gym cause of their size, people stare and are mean (once big people get smaller they will want to go to the gym but no fat person wants to be forced to exercise - i would rather then just not diet). I was so healthy that I didn’t even get a cold.

Got pregnant with my 2nd baby and what do you know…. I gained back every single kilo and more AGAIN, FOR THE SECOND TIME….. facepalm.

Took me a while to get back on the plan (luckly just a year this time), and I am and this time it will be the last time.
