I am almost to my goal weight, so am starting to raise my calories a little at a time to see what amount will help me maintain my ideal weight. My stomach is flatter and not showing as much, so i will be ordering that dress i want soon. I am going to have to try on tights to see what size fits me better. I don't know if I will be a large or extra large. I used to be happy at my goal weight, which I have set to 140 lbs.

Just got a better pair of headphones from Target so i don't have to hear Stupid Old 101 on the bus through my headphones. It's on order and on its way. Waiting for a few packages from Walmart and target to come in at the post office across the street. I also have on their way, 2 pairs of solar viewing glasses so i don't get caught without them at the next solar eclipse. I will be more in the path of its totality in August 2024, as I will be either at least a 70% or, if I'm in Indiana by then, in the path of totality. Get ready to bundle up, because the temperature drops 10-15 degrees during the brief darkness when there's a total eclipse.
143.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
