I haven't been logging my foods. Really just a resistance to change thing. Daily discipline of this type is a difficult concept for me. It's hard enough to brush my teeth twice a day! I'm glad this challenge is coming up. The possibility that others may take a look at my diary provides some gentle support for me keep at it.
