I'm very tired of being overweight and I'm determined to find a way to manage my health that I can use until I die of old age (with a little luck!) I have osteoarthritis that requires occasional cortisone injections, and Fibromyalgia which interferes with my ability to exercise above a moderate level. Add on this, that, and the other - primarily aging - and the obstacles often seem very high. Like most folks I've tried many different diets - Jenny Craig, straight calorie counting, Mediterranean, Slim-Fast, etc. Most worked in the short term. A Paleo lifestyle, however, sounds like it may be "the one". I'm looking forward to the support and resources here on My Fatsecret.
