yesterday was kind of hard. temptation is always around. i even went to the grocery store. so, i looked at everything that i used to eat and the calorie content.... holy crap, i know exactly why my weight got out of control. i saw portion sizes from chips at like six chips... umm, what the heck! I used to eat the whole bag!

I known the feeling. I added up an - average day of what used to eat and it was about 400 cal or more than I needed and over 50% calories from fat but barely basic protein requirement. little fiber. no regard for salt.I was shocked to see it written down.

It really is an eye opener to see how much we used to eat, isn't it? Even tho it's been over 2 years on my WOE I still have to watch portion size. I look on with awe and envy at people that take a couple chips or 1 cookie or 1 bite and stop (my husband, dang it).
