I seem to be at a standstill with my weight loss and not going anywhere. Until my anemia is solved and thyroid is balanced, I don't think i will get anywhere. I haven't gone in 3 days-today is day 4. My lower abs are hurting, despite the fact that I cannot go. I am sleepy, needing a 1 hour nap at 1 p.m., weak, constipated, with a headache that never goes away. My legs and feet itch like crazy. My B-100 supplement helped a little, but not enough. I'm thinking I am probably B12 deficient, and possibly iron deficient.

It's thundering today, so I am not leaving this apartment. Michelle will be coming over on Thursday the 17th to do my recertification for Section 8 Housing Vouchers.

Update: It stopped thundering, but i needed a nap at 10:15 of 1 hr. 15 mins. If i do not get my period before school starts, i will mention it to the doctor.
151.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
