Talk about frustrating..... No one said this was easy...
219.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Slow and steady wins the race! I know it's frustrating when you have a "slow" month, but look at your total loss! 21 pounds is great!! I am sure you can see and feel the difference! :)
