I'm feeling pretty optimistic about my goals today. I'm down another 1.2 pounds this week. I was hoping for 1.8, but I will take it!!! This week I'm going to focus on my meal plan and exercise plan a little harder and hope to lose 1.6, which will bring me down to a nice even 195, and I will earn my first 25 pound star. :-)

196.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 52.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
