Lost a little to my surprise 'cause I didn't deserve to. Went to fancy party Sat. night and pigged out. Ugh! Those parties are diet killers!! and the repercussions, unfortunately, can last for days with almost uncontrollable appetite. This week will be better!!!
160.8 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
