So I gained some weight back...I'm thinking it's due to salt because I'm extremely blown up and stiff. I didn't record any food over the weekend because I was extremely busy!! Worked a Scentsy show, had friends over for a cookout, had a birthday party ahh! Anyway, back to the grind today!!
325.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 165.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Hate that you had that happen - easy to get into too much salty stuff at a cookout. Best of luck getting rid of it.
