Oh my you should feel absolutely positively the opposite. You lost 8 pounds in 9 days, you are an super star!! It will all be worth it in the longrun so just keep your chin up.

Here is a tip to there are some hormonal changes that can change the color of the keto strips so don't get discouraged by the change in color. Increase you water intake and monitor it over a week. I lost 65 pounds and dropped 5 dress sizes with only the keto strips being very very light purple. Keep it up you are doing fabulous

your right. I am glad I am losing. The purple color just makes me feel 'safe' - like a security blanket. Am I still losing when not purple?

Absolutely! As long as you stay on the regimented plan you will lose both inches and weight you should feel it every time you wake up in the morning.

The weight you already lost is amazing and if it helps in reading others jounals alot of people have stalled after their first few weeks, me being one of them. Iam staying postive or trying to that it will kick start again soon, and you should to!
