well I am back - am not as determined as I feel I should be but perhaps as I begin to loose again that will change.
Get discouraged as have a lapband now and so eating meat is SO difficult. One mouthful and I am gagging. Can eat all the bad foods though!
Maybe I should try tofu??? ahhhhh...... tummy heaves at the thought!

was doing great for a week then got sick and meds threw me back to start! will try again next week for now being good and waiting hubby to get home!

back on the atkins. worked for me last time - tummy banding didn't help me at all so here we go again! Bye carbs! Bye sweets and yummies! hello protein. now what to do for that sweet craving till it goes?
I am purple already and down 1lb so fingers crossed. Have to keep repeating "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!"
