I am 52, happily married and have 7 kids. Most are married but still have two teenagers at home. Put weight on over the first few pregnancys and then just gradually over the years it has crept up and up.
I used to play sport (a few stone ago) till I injured my knee so am down to walking the dog which is a chihuahua so her speed suits me fine!
I work part-time and love travel, reading and being involved in church, community etc.

I am in West Australia and find the shelves supplies VERY low to non existant. When I asked why just told they only order what sells. Guess there is not a lot of us?Sad

Akins Breakfast - Suggestions Needed
last few mornings I had a ham steak with slab of cheese on top melted under the grill or thin slices of steak (so they fried in a minute) and sliced mushrooms in butter then poured some cream over to make a great sauce, all took a few minutes max as I am always running late to leave for work.
