Have visitors. Two days of heavy meat meals. This poor body must talorate at least two more days of this heavy meat meals. Oh so nice but diet killer.
197.3 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
